"American Home called me soon after I entered my request and sent Frank who came the same day, right on time. He traced my non-working condenser fan to a dead capacitor, replaced it and got it working, citing that the loud 12 yr old motor looked and sounded like it would be next. While he was taking temp readings inside and explaining shortcomings in the AC design, the fan died again. Sure enough, the motor overheated and shut off (which killed the capacitor). He replaced the motor, explaining everything along the way. He is the kind of guy you want working on your system: mature, experienced and down to earth. Frank is the man."
